By accessing and using What's My Fortune? ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Fortune Cookie Entertainment Disclaimer

All quotes, predictions, and fortunes in our digital fortune cookies are strictly for entertainment and novelty purposes only. They do not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or life advice. We make no guarantee that any fortune, prediction, or blessing will come true, nor do we assume responsibility for decisions made based on a cookie message. Crack them open, share them, and enjoy them with a pinch of fun.
3. Your Fortune Bag
Each purchased fortune bag includes 8 digital cookies. After checkout, the buyer receives a private bag link by email. Individual cookie links may be opened by anyone who has the link, so only share cookie or bag links with people you want to access them.
The tap-to-crack preview on the home page is temporary and does not create a saved bag. Purchased bags, cookie tokens, opened status, quote assignments, and delivery status are stored by our production services so the bag can be opened and shared across devices.
4. Payments and Digital Goods
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. We do not process or store raw card details in the app. Stripe may collect the information required to complete your payment and provide us with checkout details needed to fulfill your order.
All purchases of fortune cookie bags are final. Since our products are instant digital deliverables, they are non-refundable once fulfilled, except where required by law.
5. Email Delivery
We use email to send your private bag link and may send a completion message when all cookies in a bag have been opened. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, graphics, custom cookie art, quotes, and software of What's My Fortune? are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright laws. You may share individual fortune cookie links with friends for personal use, but commercial reuse of assets is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website represents acceptance of the revised Terms.
